This week we sit down with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu legend and pioneer Rigan Machado!  Rigan and I discussed his upbringing and jiu jitsu training in Brazil with the legendary Gracie family. He shares stories of how his intense BJJ training in his teenage and young adult years led him to become a champion with a record of 365-0! Rigan discusses his deep appreciation for the legends of the sport who have invested in him over the years, and how he has committed to giving back and investing in others.  He also shares his passion of teaching in Hollywood, and some of the deep friendships he has fostered over the years with people like Mel Gibson and Chuck Norris.  Rigan shares his life’s purpose to spread jiu jitsu and love around the world while encouraging others to pursue happiness in all they do.
